The “Paul Dupont Print-Shop” named after its founder, Paul François Dupont (1796-1878) was created in Paris in 1825 and opened up a branch in Clichy in 1858. At the beginning of the 20th century, Clichy took over all the activities of the group.
The print-shop reached its highest point between the two World Wars, when it had a headcount of over 1,200. It closed down in 1985.
